1) Scope

This Policy explains how we handle data when you use the Service in Iraq. It is incorporated into the Terms.

2) Data We Collect

• Business account data: authorized contacts and business details you provide.
• Invoice & payment-link metadata: amounts, line items, internal references.
• Technical logs: security and operations logs.
• Support communications you send us.

3) What We Don’t Collect

We generally do not collect end-customer personal data and do not store cardholder/payment credentials. If you place personal data into free‑text fields, you act as the controller for that data.

4) How We Use Data

To operate and provide the Service, ensure security and compliance, communicate about support, and improve performance using aggregated/de‑identified insights where feasible.

5) Legal Bases

Depending on applicable law: performance of contract, legitimate interests (operation and security), and legal obligations.

6) Retention & Deletion

We retain invoice/link metadata and logs while the account is active and as operationally necessary. Upon closure, we provide 30 days for export, then delete/pseudonymize subject to legal/security retention requirements.

7) Sharing (Categories)

Hosting, database, email delivery, monitoring/security providers. We do not sell personal data. We require appropriate contractual safeguards.

8) Location & Transfers

Data may be stored or processed outside Iraq. We take reasonable measures to protect data in transit and at rest.

9) Security & Breach Notice

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption for sensitive credentials. We will notify of a material breach within 72 hours where required by law.

10) Cookies & Analytics

11) Your Rights
